经脐单孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术(附32例)

Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探索单孔法在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的临床应用。方法分析已完成的32例经脐单孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。结果本组32例,均成功完成单孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术,无中转开腹,均未放置引流管,平均手术时间是58.6 min,平均出血量5 mL。术后恢复好,无黄疸等并发症。结论经脐实施单孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术是完全可行的。

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical application of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy （TUSPLC）. [Methods] A total of 32 patients were included. Transumbihcal single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed in all of them. The operating time, blood loss volume, intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed. [Results] All the operations were performed successfully. None of the cases experienced conversion to open surgery. The mean operating time was 58.6 min; the mean volume of blood loss was 5 mL. No complication occurred during and after operation. [Conclusions] This procedure is characterized by safety, minimal trauma, little blood loss, quick recovery and few complications. It may be feasible.
