摘要
网吧监管是当今社会面临的一个热点问题,传统的网吧监管方式已经不能满足城市的需要。有效的网吧监管模式能够实现对网吧的查询、编辑、统计、分析等功能;同时,给文化、工商、公安等网吧管理的行政部门的决策给予支持和参考。结合实际应用,介绍ArcEngine在网吧监管中的应用以及网吧信息数据库和基础地理空间数据库集成,对于GIS的网吧监管系统开发具有借鉴和参考价值。
How to efficiently manage net-bar is a hot problem nowadays, because the current supervisor mode for net-bar already can not satisfy the city need. The high effective pattern should realize the functions such as inquiring, editing, counting, analyzing, and at the same time give a decision-making support and the reference to some administration such as culture, industry and commerce, public security and so on. Combined with the practical application, it briefly introduces the ArcEngine in the net-bar management application, as well as the net-bar database and the foundation geography space database integration.
