口服COX-2抑制剂对超前镇痛的疗效及安全性简析 被引量：4

摘要 超前镇痛在临床上越来越受重视,其中COX-2抑制剂作为主要的超前镇痛药物,而塞来昔布做为选择性COX-2抑制剂的代表,是一组新的非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs),其在推荐剂量内能阻止前列腺素COX-2的合成,但不会影响由COX-1激活的前列腺素类物质的合成。它可用于手术病人的超前镇痛,单用或与阿片类药联合运用能迅速缓解骨科术后疼痛,提高患者的术后康复质量及对镇痛的满意程度,降低阿片类引起的副作用,而且胃肠道副作用及其它副作用明显比非特异性NSAIDs低。
