摘要
本文探讨了"拼车"的法律性质和法律关系,指出目前我国存在相关立法不完善的弊端,并对完善相应的法律制度提出具体建议。
The article deals with the legal nature and legal relation of car-pooling. It points out that at the present stage, the relevant law system is still imperfect. In this paper, some suggestions are put forward for its perfection.
