摘要 死亡焦虑分为内在焦虑与外在焦虑两个层面。消解死亡焦虑是提高死亡品质、从而提升整体生命质量的心理基础。本文通过分析死亡焦虑产生的原因,提出了死亡焦虑的两个内释伦理机制与三个外化伦理机制。 Death-anxiety has two aspects： inside and outside. Dispelling death-anxiety is the psychological basis for people to improve death quality and whole life quality. By analyzing the causes giving rise to death-anxiety, the author suggests two inside and three outside anxiety-dispelling moral mechanisms.
