药品不良反应162例回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of 162 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction

目的分析总结院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的情况,为临床合理用药及正确评价药物不良反应的发生提供参考。方法对2005-09/2009-07收集的药品不良反应(ADR)162例,进行统计分析。结果发生ADR涉及的药物共140种,且不良反应累及全身多个系统,其中以抗感染药物引起的ADR最多,占总比例数的40.1%(65例),中药注射液引起的ADR占14.8%(24例)。结论重视ADR的监测和报告工作,做到合理用药。

Objective To analyze the adverse drug reaction （ADR） in our hospital and provide evidence for rational drug use and correct evaluation of adverse drug reaction. Methods Atotal of 162 ADR cases in our hospital from September in 2005 to July in 2009 were analyzed. Results The result showed that 140 drugs might be related to these ADRs, which involved several systems of the patients. The ADR cases induced by antibiotics （65 cases） accounted for the largest proportion （40. 1% ）, and the cases by the injections of Chinese Traditional Medicine accounted for 14. 8% （24 cases）. Conclusion Close attention should be given to the ADR monitoring and timely reporting of ADR, the drugs should be used rationally.
