十六大以来广东发展民营经济的实践、成就与思考——从“草根”到“巨榕”

Practice,Achievements and Suggestion of Guangdong Private Economy since 16th National Congress of CPC

在阐述十六大以来广东对发展民营经济的政策支持的基础上,分析了十六大以来广东民营经济发展所取得的成就及原因,并结合十六大以来,尤其是2008年金融危机以来广东发展民营经济过程中存在的问题,指出当前进一步加快广东民营经济发展的对策建议。

On the basis of describing the Guangdong Provincial policy to support the private economy since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC）, this paper analyzes the achievements of Guangdong private economy and the causes since the 16th National Congress of CPC, in combination with the problems, especially ones since the 2008 financial crisis. Furthermore, it points out current countermeasures and proposals for accelerating the private economic development of Guangdong.
