摘要
用提拉法生长出铌酸锂钾(KLN)晶体;探讨了KLN晶体生长时开裂的主要原因;对钛宝石激光倍频获得蓝光输出。
The potassium lithium niobate (KLN) crystal has been grown by Czochralski method; the primary factors of the cracking of KLN crystal have been discussed; a blue light output has been obtained by the frequency doubling of a Ti:sapphire laser.
