藏花红T的合成与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Safranine T

以2-氨基甲苯、苯胺为原料,经重氮化、偶合、催化氢化和氧化反应合成了藏花红T,并用红外光谱、核磁共振波谱、有机质谱、紫外光谱对其进行了化学表征。结果表明,合成产物的结构特征与藏花红T一致。

Safranine T is synthesized with 2 - amino toluene and aniline as materials by diazotization, cou pling, catalytic hydrogenation and oxidation, the product is characterized by IR, ^1 HNMR, MS and UV. The result shows that the structure characteristics of product is accorded with safranine T.
