摘要
研究了导模法生长白宝石单晶过程中,单晶内气孔的产生、分布形态、密度及尺寸。结果表明:固-液界面形状和稳定性是决定气孔分布形态和密度的关键因素,而这又取决于合理的生长工艺条件,尤其是晶体生长速率和正确的模具设计。
The void formation and its micrograph of distribution,density as well as void size in sapphire single crystal grown by EFG were investigated.It was shown that the void distribution over the crystal cross section was determined by the shape and stability of the solid liquid interface.The latter,in turn,depends on the reasonable growing conditions,such as the crystal growth rate and designning the die correctly.
