摘要
利用软压头技术,研究了摩擦条件下温度对Ⅰb型人造金刚石、Ⅰa型和Ⅱa型天然金刚石表面变形的影响。结果表明,这三种金刚石的脆-塑性转变温度的顺序为:Ⅰb<Ⅰa<Ⅱa。金刚石的塑性变形抗力随温度升高急剧下降。在1400℃时,三种金刚石的塑性变形抗力趋于一致。
The effect of temperature on the deformation behaviours of Ⅰb synthetic diamond,Ⅰa and Ⅱa natural diamonds has been studied by means of soft impressor slider technique.The results show that the order of brittle ductile transition temperature for the three kinds of diamond is:Ⅰb<Ⅰa<Ⅱa.The resistance to plastic deformation decreases sharply as increasing temperature and tends to be the same for the diamonds at temperature 1400℃.
