锅炉省煤器吊挂管冷拉对口焊接后的强度分析

Strength Analysis of Hanger Tube of Boiler Economizer after Cold pulling Alignment

从国外引进的锅炉省煤器在安装过程中吊挂管错口，经冷拉强行对口焊接．为了验证组焊后吊挂管的强度情况，给出了吊挂管的受力分析图，计算了关键位置的应力，并按强度理论进行了分析判断．结果表明焊接后管的强度仍可满足强度要求．

For understanding the strength of hanger tube after cold pulling alignment, the sketches of economizer support tube, super heater system and six nodes with sustained loads were given. The stresses on six nodes were calculated and less than maximum allowable stress.
