用聚合填充法合成导电型聚烯烃复合料

Synthesis of Conductive Polyolefin Composites by Polymerization-filling Process

提出了制备导电型聚烯烃复合料的新工艺——聚合填充法;综述了导电填料的活化方法、聚合填充导电复合料的制备、结构、性能;并对聚合填充导电复合料与机械掺混复合料的性能进行了比较。

A new technology, termed polymerization - filling process, for preparing conductive polyolefin composite material was introduced systematically in this paper, including the activation procedure of the conducting filler, synthetic process and the relationship between the structure and properties of the composite. In addition, the physical properties of the composites prepared by polymerization - filling were compared with those of the composites made by mechanical blending.
