新农村建设下的公共财政投资

新农村建设是提高农业综合生产能力,建设现代农业的重要保障;是增加农民收入,繁荣农村经济的根本途径;是发展农村社会事业、构建和谐社会的主要内容;是缩小城乡差距、全面建设小康社会的重大举措。新农村建设面临财力不足、基础设施落后、公共事业程度低下等问题,其中公共财政投资不足是新农村建设面临的根本问题,加大公共财政投资的支持与保护力度,加大对农村公共产品、农村教育的投资力度是新农村建设开展的关键。
