科学发展观视野下高校教育信息化研究

Research on the Construction of Higher Education Informatization under the Vision of Scientific Concept of Development

高校教育信息化建设是一项复杂的系统工程,其要素相辅相成。我国高校教育信息化存在信息化基础设施较差、教育资源缺少整合、缺乏配套的管理机制、教师队伍素质参差不齐、标准不完善、应用水平绩效不高等问题,为了克服不良建设对高校教育信息化造成的负面影响。本文从中国国情出发,以科学发展观为指导,对高校教育信息化可持续发展进行系统研究,提出可行的措施来推动高校教育信息化健康、稳步、快速、和谐发展,并展望高校教育信息化发展的未来。

Higher Education Informatization Construction is a complicated systematic project. Its elements complement each other. Our Higher Education Informatization exists many problems such as poor information infrastructure, lack of integration of education resources, lack of supporting management mechanism, teachers＇ troops of low - level, the quality of imperfect standards, application of low - level. In order to overcome bad construction on negative impact of Higher Education Informatization, this paper from Chinas national conditions, to the scientific concept of development as guidance, study on the Sustainable Development of Higher Education informatization to conduct systematic research and put forward feasible measures to promote the health of higher education information technology, steady, rapid and harmonious development, and looked forward to the development of higher education information technology future.
