玉米杂交种郑单958及其双亲自交系耐盐碱性分析 被引量:18

摘要 以玉米杂交种郑单958及其双亲自交系为材料,在4个浓度水平的Na2CO3溶液(12.5、25、37.5、50mmol/L)和4个浓度水平的NaCl溶液(50、100、150、200 mmol/L)胁迫下,利用沙培法进行种子萌发和幼苗胁迫试验,分别测定发芽率、相对电导率等生理指标及脯氨酸(Pro)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量等生化指标,比较杂交种与双亲自交系之间的耐盐碱差异。结果表明:郑单958及双亲自交系耐盐碱筛选最宜浓度为25mmol/L Na2CO3和100 mmol/L NaCl溶液,且Na2CO3对于质膜透性的伤害程度大于NaCl;玉米耐盐碱筛选适宜生化指标为SOD活性、MDA含量以及Pro含量,其中Pro含量是玉米耐盐碱筛选的重要指标,其含量随Na2CO3浓度的升高显著提高;郑单958杂交种的耐盐碱性优于自交系。 Under 4 alkali-stress conditions and 4 saline-stress conditions, maize hybrid Zhengdan958 and their parents were cultivated by sand culture. The concentration of Na2CO3 was 12.5, 25, 37.5 and 50 mmol/L, respectively. The concentration of NaCl was 50, 100, 150 and 200 mmol/L, respectively. Some physiological and biochemical indieies were tested and used to evaluate salt-alkali tolerances of hybrids and their parents, which included germination percentage, relative conductivity, SOD activity, MDA content and proline content, etc. The main results were summarized that for Zhengdan958 and their parents, the appropriate concentration applied in germplasm screening were 25 mmol/L Na2CO3 and 100 mmol/L NaCl, but the damage degree of Na2CO3 to membrane permeability was more than that of NaCl. SOD activity, MDA content and Pro content were appropriate physiological and biochemical indices, in which Pro content was one of more important indicies, Pro content was significantly increased with the increased of Na2CO3 content. The salt tolerance hybrids Zhengdan958 was superior to inbred lines.
