针对玉米育种的杂交组合筛选效率提出了反推亲本式玉米杂交组配及组合高效筛选策略,研究了实施的具体技术原理和步骤。其中,从杂交组合推断亲本过程的分子指纹技术是关键环节。该方法和常规育种选择思路特点相反,是根据杂交组合田间表现的效果来推断亲本的可能组成。

According to the relatively low cross screen efficiency, through the comprehensive analysis of traditional selection method, a retrospective analysis of hybrid parental lines and hybrid cross screen protocol was constructed. Practical steps were also fully described. Among them, the protocol depends on the cross performance to deduce its possible cross derivation of male father lines based on several techniques such as SSR fingerprint profile and careful control of breeding nursery.
