摘要
用热分析方法(DSC)对磺化聚砜(SPSF)与聚醚酮(PEK)高分子合金超滤膜的孔径和孔结构进行了研究.由实验得到热谱图,经计算得到不同合金比(SPSF/PEK)的超滤膜孔径及孔径体积分布.研究结果表明,在一定条件下,SPSF/PEK以不同的比例混合时,其膜的孔径分布范围在5~15nm,平均孔径在6~9nm之间;当合金比(SPSF/PEK)等于或大于4∶6时,所制得的超滤膜对聚乙二醇(PEG,MW=10000)的截留率大于90%.
The pore size and its volume distribution of polymer alloy UF membranes which were prepared from sulfonated polysulfone(SPSF) and polyetherketone (PEK) were studied by thermoporometry.The pore radius and pore volume distribution of the membranes can be calculated from the experiments.The results showed that at different SPSF/PEK ratioes values of the pore radius and the average radius of the membranes were determined to be 5~15 nm and 6~9*'nm respectively.When SPSF/PEK≥4∶6,the retention of alloy membranes for PEG( M W=10 000)was over 90%.The morphologies of different SPSF/PEK alloy UF membranes were also discussed.
