摘要
对国内机车车辆部件除垢的传统工艺进行了改进，并开发了配套化学清洗药剂．除垢工序全部采用化学清洗，使工艺流程简化．除垢时间缩短，除垢效果提高，除垢成本降低，金属腐蚀率和受损程度下降，劳动强度降低，对环境和工人危害减小．
The traditional domestic technical process of cleaning rolling stock parts is improved, and the corresponding chemical agent is developed. Chemical cleaning is used in whole technology process. This technology makes the process simplified. The time of scale removed is shortened. Stain-cleaning efficiency is raised. Stain-cleaning cost is reduced. Metal corrosion is inhibited. The intensity of labour is weakened. The harmfulness to workers and environment are decreased.
