摘要 针对温度、噪声、电源波动等多种环境因素对压力传感器输出电压值的影响,提出基于电压门限值的方法,对传感器输出电压值进行预处理,然后再利用BP神经网络对数据进行融合、补偿。试验结果证明,所提出的方法能有效的提高压力传感器的检测精度。 Aimed at the affect of many Environmental Factors,like temperature,noise and Power Wave, to the Output voltage of pressure sensor, this article proposed a method that based on the voltage threshold to pretreat the Output voltage of sensor,then BP neural net to perform data fusion and Compensation disposal is adopted. The experimental result shows that the method proposed in this article can improve the detection accuracy of pressure sensor efficiently.
