The development of electronic industrial cleaning products is summarized. Water-base cleaner with properly cleaning process and technical data are chosen, without environmental pollution. This method solves the source of supersonic cleaning system. The new water-base cleaning product and cleaning process for precise punching parts of electron gun is successfully developed.
