摘要
介绍了研发并应用于发电机内冷水系统的NLF-010化学清洗工艺,其主要技术特点是对造成内冷水系统定子线棒堵塞的氧化铜垢有特别突出的清除能力和清洗后线棒清洁表面的钝化保护效果。该清洗工艺的现场实施基本不增加临时系统,其内冷水泵运行的自升温度便可满足清洗过程的温度要求。在大量的基础研究的支持下,其已应用于包括1 000 MW及330 MW发电机定子线棒的清洗并取得了很好的效果。
This paper introduced the development and application of NLF-010 chemical cleaning technology in inner cooling water system of generator. It can remove effectively CuO which usually causes blockage of the stator bar and the protection of the surface passivation after the stator bar cleaning is excellent. In the other way, the implementation of the cleaning process is easy. There is no need to add a temporary system to raise temperature. Because when the water pump is operating the self-elevating temperature of the system is enough. Supported by a large number of basic research, this technology uses effectively and successfully in the cleaning of the 1000 MW and the 330 MW generator stator bar. 0
