配电系统可靠性基本参数获取方法的研究

摘要 提出了用数学的方法——最小二乘法的拟合来求取配电系统中架空线路的故障率,即用某一个特定的物理量(自变量)去描述暴风天气、暴雨天气、冰雪天气、高温天气、地基等影响因素,则线路故障率(因变量)可以表示成关于各个因素物理量的函数。根据各因素的历史统计数据,分别进行故障率的最小二乘法拟合计算,计算结果证明,由最小二乘法拟合计算的各因素故障率的绝对误差值非常小。 The mathematic method of least square theory is proposed to obtain the fault rate of overhead lines in distribution system, i.e. describing such influencing factors as squall weather, rainstorm weather, ice and snow weather, hightemperature weather and groundwork by a certain given physical quantity(independent variable), and expressing the fault rate of line(dependent variable)as the function concerning the physical quantity of each factor. According to the historical statistics of each factor, least square fitting calculation of fault rate is conducted respectively. The results show that the absolute error of fault rate thus obtained for each factor is tiny.
