摘要
针对国家电网公司颁布的《〈防止电力生产重大事故的二十五项重点要求〉继电保护实施细则》和广东电网公司广州供电局颁布的《广州供电局母线及母联(分段)保护设计规范》对变压器断路器失灵保护装置解除电压闭锁存在完全不同规定的问题,分析和比较了采用母线保护内部电流判别元件和各间隔独立配置电流判别元件的两个不同条件失灵保护装置解除电压闭锁方案的优缺点,并对变压器断路器失灵保护装置解除电压闭锁提出了合理的实现方案。
On account of the radical differences between the stipulations in 25 Key Requirements on Preventing Serious Accidents in Power Production. Detailed Rules for Relay Protection issued by State Grid Corporation of China and Design Code for Bus and Bus-tie ( Sectionalized ) Protection of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau issued by Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Corp. on releasing voltage lockout of failure protection for transformer circuit breaker, the paper analyzes and compares the merits and demerits of two voltage lockout releasing schemes of failure protection respectively adopting the current discriminating element in bus protection and the current discriminating element independently equipped in each bay. Rational solution is proposed accordingly.
