摘要
针对汽轮机油对精处理树脂的污染特性、复苏效果进行了系列试验工作,主要试验内容包括分别在20℃、30℃、40℃条件下用不同质量浓度(30mg/L、50mg/L、100mg/L、300mg/L、500mg/L、1000mg/L、2000mg/L、5000mg/L、10000mg/L)的46号汽轮机油浸泡阳树脂、阴树脂,测定油污染后其工作交换容量的变化情况;然后在相同的条件下进行复苏处理,比较油质量浓度、温度对树脂复苏效果的影响;研究、比较不同复苏液对树脂的复苏效果。结果表明:随着油质量浓度的增大,浸泡时间的加长,树脂污染程度加重,复苏程度降低;溶液的pH值升高时,树脂污染减轻,复苏效果变好;效果较好的复苏液为10%NaCl+2%NaOH+0.2%OP-10+3%Na3PO4(化学分子式前数值为质量分数)。
In order to understand the fouling characteristics and recovery effect of turbine oil contaminated resin in condensate polishing system, series tests were carried out. The main contents include soaking the cation and anion exchange resin under different temperature (20 ℃, 30 ℃, 40 ℃ ) in Turbine Oil 46 of different mass concentrations(30 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 300 mg/L, 500 mg/L, 1 001) mg/L, 2 000 mg/L, 5 000 mg/L, 10 000 mg/L), measuring the changes of working exchange capacity after oil contamination, then recovering and regenerating exchange resin under the same recovery condition, comparing the effects of mass concentration and temperature of oil on the recovery of resin. Meanwhile the comparison test for different recovery solutions was carried out. The test results showed that the fouling of resin increased and the recovery degree decreased with the mass concentration of oil increasing and the time of immersion prolonging; the fouling decreased with the pH value of solution increased; the recovery solution with 10%NaCl + 2%NaOH + 0.2%OP- 10 + 3% Na3 PO4 (the values in front of the chemical formulas are mass fractions)had rather better regeneration efficiency.
