摘要
采用HY分子筛催化剂进行甲苯与叔丁醇的烷基化反应,开展了催化剂制备、红外酸性表征及反应条件研究。研究结果表明,催化剂较佳的分子筛含量为60%,适宜的催化剂焙烧温度为550℃;较佳的烷基化条件为反应温度200℃、时间4h、压力1.0MPa、甲苯与叔丁醇摩尔比6、空速4h-1,甲苯转化率达到33.97%,反应产物主要是对叔丁基甲苯;催化剂B酸中心对烷基化催化性能影响显著,随着催化剂B酸量/L酸量比值的增大,甲苯转化率和对叔丁基甲苯选择性均呈现增大的变化趋势。失活催化剂经过洗涤再生,其活性得到部分恢复。
Alkylation of toluene with ten-butylalco hot is investigated over HY zcolite catalyst. The prcpara lion,the characterization by FT-IK. and the influences conditions on the catalyst performances are discussed. The results showed that the main product is the para-tert-butyltoluen(PTBT)and the toluene conversion of 33.97% can be obtained under the conditions of the catalyst calcination temperature of 550℃,the reaction temperature of 200℃,reaction time of 4 h,the pressure of 1.OMPa,the molar ratio of toluene to tert-butylalcohol of 6 and the volume space velocity of 4.0h-1.The Brsted acid sites played a key role in the reaction. The toluene conversion and PTBT selectivity ihowed increasing trends with increasing the ratio of Brsted acid sites to Lewis acid sites. The deactivated catalyst can be partly regenerated through acetone washing.
