摘要 结合科研实践,指出了治理压缩机管道振动的有效途径,给出了管长、管径、容器位置和容积以及工质成分对压力不均匀度变化影响的计算与实验结果,表明了计算与试验结果的相当一致性,并在此基础上介绍了适合于不同功率和压力要求的三种管道设计方法。 Based on the research results,the effective ways to treat compressor pipelines vibration are presentedt and the calculation results and experimental results of the effects of pipe length,diameter,vessel location,volume and the fluid composition on the uneven degree of pressure fluctuation are proposed,which coincide with each other very well. And three piping design methods,which are applicable to different power and pressure requirement,are introduced based on this investigation.
