6个一品红品种对^(60)Coγ辐照敏感性研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用10、20、304、0 Gy的60Coγ射线辐照6个一品红品种的扦插苗,观测各处理植株的成活率及植株生长情况,并进行回归模型分析。结果表明:辐照使一品红植株的生长受到抑制,并且剂量越高抑制效应越明显;植株的存活率、株高、叶长、叶宽、叶面积均与辐照剂量呈显著负相关;不同一品红品种的辐照敏感性存在差异,其半致死剂量为21.94~28.71 Gy。 The cuttings seedlings of 6 Euphorbia pulcherrima cuhivars were irradiated by ^60 Co γ-rays, and the effects on the survival rate and plant growth were investigated, the regression models were used to analyze relationship between the characters change and doses. The results showed that the growth of Euphorbia pulcherrima decreased after irradiation and the effect became stronger with the increase of irradiation dose. The indexes of survival rate, plant height, leaf length, leaf width and leaf area all had significant negative correlation with the irradiation doses. The medial lethal doses (LD50) of 6 Euphorbia pulcherrima cultivars were from 21.94 Gy to 28.71 Gy, and the radiosensitivity was different among cultivars.
