摘要
采用二因素二次通用旋转组合设计,研究了日光温室中膜下滴灌水肥耦合技术对番茄植株生长发育、果实品质和产量的影响。结果表明:灌水定额、施肥定额二因素与番茄植株生长发育、果实品质和产量之间存在极显著的回归关系,F回〉F0.01(5.7)=6.1088,回归可靠;二因素的影响程度为施肥定额〉灌水定额,由此提出了最优水肥组合方案,灌水定额为2704.5~2836.95m^3/hm^2,施肥定额为265.5~309.64kg/hm^2。本研究为日光温室番茄膜下滴灌栽培生产提供了借鉴。
Experiment were carried out to study the effects of water and fertilizer coupling on plant growth, fruit quality and yield of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. ) by using quadratic general revolving combination design with two factors. The results showed that regression correlations between irrigating water quota, fertilizer application quota and plant growth, fruit quality,yield of tomato were extremely significant, the regression correlations were reliable (Fregression 〉 F0.01(5.7) = 6. 1088), and effects of fertilizer application quota on plant growth, fruit quality, yield of tomato were more than that of irrigating water quota. A holistic optimum plan of water and fertilizer coupling for obtaining high yield and good quality of tomato fruit was put forward : irrigating water quota 2704.5 - 2836.95 m^3/hm^2 , fertilizer application quota 265.5 - 309.64 kg/hm^2. The gained results can be used in the production of tomato in solar greenhouses.
