摘要
从工作机制、思想政治教育、学风建设、实践教育和军政训练、就业调控与引导等五个方面探讨了清华大学国防生培养的主要做法,对于军队学历教育院校生长军官培养具有一定的借鉴意义。
As one of the first - rate universities in China, Tsinghua university regards the reserve officer training as her important mission based on the military - civil integration strategy of military personnel training. Five highlighted measures taken in the reserve officer training in Tsinghua University are analyzed, and three aspects of the main enlightenment from her practice are also discussed.
