摘要
我国高校学生评教存在停留于结果本身、追求统一的评价标准、机械地组织实施等问题。问题的产生源于发展性理念的缺失。这种理念的缺失是由于鉴定性评价思维的桎梏和发展性评价本身的限制所造成的,表现为评价目标单一化、评价内容模式化、评价方法过于量化、评价标准统一化以及评价过程排他化等。
In Appraising Teaching Quality by University Students in our country, there are problems, such as emphasizing the results, unifying criteria and implementing mechanically. All these stem from the absence of developmental ideal, which results from the shackle of determinable appraisal and the restriction of developmental appraisal, and reflects simplification in goals, stereotyping in contents, quantization in methods, unification in criteria and exclusion in process.
