The faculty of military academy is the basic organization in the course of running the teaching and management and takes up the forefront position in the development of subject, discipline and talents for national defense. Faculty archives are a series of materials produced by the routine running of faculty. This paper probes into the significance of the faculty archives management in military academy and brings to light some main problems in archive management and puts forward some relevant measures to deal with them.
