辽宁省2007年极端天气事件分析及防御措施研究

Analysis and preventive measures research for extreme weather events in Liaoning Province in 2007

辽宁特殊的地理、地形和气候条件,使之成为灾害较频繁、较严重的省份之一。2007年是我国气象灾害偏重的年份,类似暴雨、高温、干旱等极端天气气候事件频繁发生,本文主要对辽宁省2007年发生的极端天气事件进行了分析、探讨和研究,提出了防御极端天气事件发生时的防护措施。

Liaoning Province is located in special geographical, topographical and climatic conditions, which is one of provinces making disasters more frequent and more serious. 2007 is the year in favor of China＇s meteorological disasters, such as storms, high temperatures, drought, extreme weather and climate events have occurred frequently, especially in Liaoning Province in 2007. This paper carried out an analysis of extreme weather events, explore and study the proposal of protective measures to defense of extreme weather events.
