摘要
讨论溴化氢与季戊四醇反应制备二溴新戊二醇的气相合成方法中,催化剂、加料速度、反应时间等因素对产率的影响,并给出了适宜的反应条件:用碳原子个数小于10的羧酸为催化剂,用量2.1%~3.3%(基于季戊四醇重量),加料速度比3∶1~4∶1,分水时间1.5h~3.0h,总的反应时间7h~13h,产率达80%左右。
The effects of catalyst, feed speed reaction time and other influence factors in the process of preparin dibromoneopentyl glycol(DBNPG) by brominating pentaerythritol with gaseous HBr in the presence of an inert solvent are discussed in the paper, and the proper comditions are given: a kind of monoacids between 2 to 10 carbon atoms as calalyst, at the amount of 2.1%-3.3%.(based on pentaerythritol weinht),the rate of feed is about 3∶1-4∶1,the time for draining water off condensator about 1.5-3.0h and the total reaction time about 7-13h.Thus, the yield of DBNPG is about 80%.
