振动管式液体密度计是一种用途广泛的计量仪表。振动式密度传感器是基于振动管的固有频率随流经的液体密度变化而变化的原理研制的。在工业现场直接应用的单管振动式液体密度计,具有使用方便、性能稳定、测量精度高且样品种类广等优点,可广泛用于各类高精度密度测量。介绍振动管式液体密度传感器的组成结构、工作原理、电路设计、微处理器的硬件和软件设计,论述密度传感器的标定方法和使用中影响密度测量的主要因素。
Resonant liquid density meter is one kind of measures meter that is used broadly. Resonant density sensor is designed by the principle that the resonant tube's natural frequency varies with the liquid density changes which is flowing through this resonant tube. Single tube resonant liquid density meter that is easy way usage, the function stabilizes, measurement accuracy height for merits is applied for high-accuracy of all kinds density measurement in industry scene broadly. It is introduced that the composition structure, operating principle,microprocessor hardware and software designing of the resonant liquid density meter. Density sensor's calibrating method and the major factor that affects density measures in usage are discussed.
