摘要 采用旋蒸法合成不同钯负载量的Pd/SBA-16系列催化剂。检验催化剂分解NO的催化活性。结果表明,钯掺杂量为1%时分解NO活性最佳,250℃时,催化分解NO为N2的转化率达到97%。H2-TPR和比表面积测试结果表明:掺杂Pd量增加时,活性位增加,氮氧化物催化能力增加,但Pd含量增加到2%时,催化剂发生明显团聚现象,导致活性位减少,催化能力降低。 A by method served. The series catalyst of Pd/SBA-16 ,which were loaded with differernt content of Pd ,were prepared of rotary evaporation. Active of catalysts, which was about decomposition of NO, was obresults indicated that the best in 250℃,which is about NO to N2. And catalyst is Pd/SBA-16-1, rate of catalyse transformation is 97% the results of H2-TPR and BET indicated ,with the increase amount of Pd, the number of active place was added, and capability of catalyst about NO reduction was added,but when amount of Pd was increased to 2%, catalyst occurred agglomeration, lead the number of active place decrease, capability of catalyst reduce.
