摘要
阐述醋酸氯化法生产氯乙酸的国内外工艺及我国氯乙酸生产现状，提出我国氯乙酸生产的改进意见。
The technology of chlorination with acetic acid to produce chloracetic acid from domestic and oversea were introduced. Some suggestions to improve domestic production of chloracetic acid have been discussed.
