叙述自流平无磨料抛光剂的研究和应用概况，重点介绍以有机硅化合物为主要成分的硬表面抛光剂的组成和制备。

In present work, we described the studying and applying situation of polish without abrasive for self-flowing face and put emphasis on discussing the composition and preparation of the polishing agent in which the organosilicon is principal component for hard surface.
