Reinforced Concrete Chimney Constructed by Reversed Mould Hanging with Advancing Center Hoist Frame Without Cable Rope

供热砼烟囱采用无风绳超前中心井架倒模吊架施工。以卷扬机做为提升工具,利用筒壁牛腿设斜支撑保证井架安全稳定,两套摸板循环使用,可简化施工程序,缩短施工工期,经济效益明显。

Reinforced concrete chimney of heat supplying plant was constructed by reverse mould hanging with advancing center hoist frame of without cable rope. Hoisting winch was used as lifting tool. The stability of hoist frame is ensured by wall pile bracket. Two sets of mould are circularly used. Thus, the process is simplified; the construction time was reduced; and the economic benefit is obvious.
