How to Improve a Counselor's Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

作为一名辅导员,应分析研究大学生思想政治教育的特点和规律,掌握大学生思想政治教育的理论与方法,引导学生养成良好的学习品质、心理品质和道德品质,引导学生培养创新精神和实践能力。作者从实践出发,结合高职院校特点,从不同侧面提出了做好高职院校辅导员工作的一些想法和做法。

As a counselor, we should analyze and research the character of college students＇ ideological and political education, understand the theory and method of doing it, guide students to develop good study quality, mental quality and moral quality, and guide students to develop innovative spirit and practical ability. Based on the practice and taking the characteristics of vocational colleges into consideration, this paper brings forward some ideas on how to be a good vocational college counselor and ways of realizing these ideas.
