摘要
结合建设项目交通影响分析工作中的实际问题,借鉴国外同类城市经验,在考虑不同区域土地利用、交通以及历史文化背景差异性的基础上,提出了北京建筑物停车配建的三类分区方案.在此基础上,以公共建筑停车配建指标为例,通过对路网整体容量与交通饱和度的差异、机动车出行目的构成与停车结构的差异、建筑物机动车吸引强度的差异、区域车辆停放特征的差异分析,构建区域停车需求因子计算公式,得到公建停车配建指标差别化系数,为确定配建指标值奠定了基础.
Considering the differences in land use, traffic condition, and culture background, the paper puts forward a classify plan for parking supply in Beijing based on domestic and international experiences. Then, by analyzing the differences among roads network capacity, V/C ratio, vehicle trip purpose, parking composition, building attractive density, and vehicle parking characteristics, a formula is developed to examine the parking demand factor. Finally, the paper proposes the different coefficient for the parking space index determination of public building in Beijing.
