For a 110 kV main transformer replacement project,proposed new construction method shortened the power cuts of the main transformer from 120 hours to 16 hours.This method was experimented successfully which made the replacement work with excellent quality,safety and good effect.Provided new construction idea offers a high reference value for the main transformer replacement.
