颈动脉狭窄与ADMA的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨血浆非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)水平与颈动脉狭窄之间的关系。方法选择90例患者根据狭窄程度分为轻度狭窄组(34例)、中度狭窄组(30例)和重度狭窄组(26例),另选健康体检者30例为健康对照组。通过高效液相色谱联合质谱法(HPLC)测定血浆ADMA含量。结果颈动脉狭窄组血浆ADMA水平高于健康对照组(P<0.01);重度狭窄组血浆ADMA水平高于中度狭窄组(P<0.05)及轻度狭窄组(P<0.01),中度狭窄组高于轻度狭窄组(P<0.05)。颈动脉狭窄程度与ADMA水平呈正相关(r=0.291,P<0.01)。结论ADMA高水平是动脉粥样硬化的重要危险因素,与颈动脉狭窄的严重程度相关。
