Promotion of personnel training mode of working - learning combination for qualified talent is an inevitable choice for higher vocational colleges to adapt to the times and to give prominence to characteristics of higher vocational education. This paper expounded the connotation and characteristics of the personnel training mode of working - learning combination in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the great significance of carrying out the mode, and explores the implementation approach of it.
