学生寝室文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,是加强和改进学校德育工作的一项重要任务,是学生自我完善和实现社会化的重要影响因素。文章通过分析目前寝室文化建设方面存在的问题,对寝室文化建设的措施进行了初步探索与实践。

Students＇ dormitory culture is an important part of campus culture, and it is an important task with which we can strengthen and improve moral education in colleges and an important factor of students＇ self- improvement and of realization of socialization. The paper analyzes the present problems of dormitory culture construction, explores and practices the effective measures of the construction of dormitory culture.
