摘要
本文介绍常用量具千分尺检定的目的、意义,概述了测量不确定度的组成,用不确定度理论较全面分析和计算了千分尺示值误差测量结果的不确定度。
This paper introduced the goal and meaning of the verification of common measuring tool of micrometer, and summarized the composition of uncertainty of measurement. Besides, measurement results of indication errors of micrometer was fully analyzed and calculated by using uncertainty theory.
