青岛市社会组织发展的现状、问题与对策研究

近年来,青岛市社会组织进入了良性发展轨道。发展速度很快,发挥的作用日益突出,环境不断改善。但是还存在着生存能力不强、与政府互动能力不高、社会认同度有待改进等问题,反映了社会组织发展的初级阶段特征。需要进一步提高认识,加强组织领导,选准切入点,并强化分类管理、大力解决社工人才队伍建设,建立健全社会组织激励机制,全力推进青岛市社会组织发展。

The development of social organizations in Qingdao has recently entered a virtuous circle. The development is very fast, which plays an increasingly prominent role, and the environment is improving. However, there are also many problems, such as the viability is not strong, ability to interact with the government is not high, and there is room for improvement in the degree of social recognition. These reflect the characteristics of the primary stage in the development of the social organizations. We should further raise awareness, strengthen organizational leadership, select the right entry points, strengthen the sort management, reinforce the team construction of the the social workers and build a sound incentive mechanism so that we can promote the development of social organizations in Qingdao.
