摘要 奥地利莱奥本市的污水处理厂为了增加硝化池的工作能力,生产出更多的沼气来作为新的能源,在硝化池中加入了更多的来自于不同产业的污泥,这导致了污泥上清液中氨氮含量高,回流到进水端会增加进水氨氮的负荷。经过在实验室中对化学除氨氮技术的研究,发现在初沉池前,安置一除氨氮反应器,可以使污水中的氨氮与氢氧根发生反应,从而实现化学除氨氮的目的。经过实验,污泥上清液中氨氮的去除率可达99%。这种方法不仅除氨效果好,处理成本也较低,以获得更多的生产效益。 In Leoben of Austria, the sewage treatment works mixes more sludge from different industries in the foultower to increase work ability of the foultower and produce more biogas as the new resource, which increaes the NH3-3 concentration in the sludge supernatant. The sludge supernatant with high NH3-N content flows to the primary sedimentation basin and has a negative effect on the biological wastewater treatment process. After the study in the lab, it shows that setting up a reactor of removing NH3-N can make them react with the hydroxyl in the sludge supernatant so that the NH3-N can be removed. After the experiment, 99% of NH3-N in the sludge supernatant can be removed. Not only does the method have a good effect in removing NH3-N, but also the cost is low and more benefit can be got from it.
