摘要
远程教育政府规制问题研究是远程教育的政府管理中一个非常值得研究的视角,而远程教育的产业属性是研究远程教育政府规制问题的基本逻辑起点。本文从应然和实然两个视角,对远程教育的产业属性进行了系统分析,指出远程教育具有产业的属性。
As a worthy perspective of studying government management of distance education, the issue of government regulation takes research into the industrial nature of distance education as its logical starting point. The paper, from the perspectives of "ought to be" and "to be", studies the industrial attribute of distance education, asserting that the latter shares properties of a certain industry
