摘要
通过采用纤维素酶,水解复印废纸生产还原糖的试验,测定了还原糖得率与酶解时间的关系以及底物浓度对酶解还原糖得率的影响,并对废纸酶解利用的工业化流程进行了简要分析。研究表明,废纸酶解回收利用是有很大开发应用前景的。
The enzymatic hydrolysis experiments of waste copy paper with the Onozuk RS cellu-lase were carried out. The effects of enzymatic hydrolysis lime find the ratio of .substrates to liquid to the reducing rate of the copy paper were studied. And the technological profess of the enzymatic hydrolysis of waste paper are analyzed in brief. It shows enzymatic hydrolysis of waste paper and reuse are of great significance.
